Which Way to Contact Us Gets the Fastest Answer?
WhatsApp, for a quick question or a photo of the brief. The order form, when you want a quote. Email, for long briefs and attachments. Phone, when it is easier to explain out loud.
Photograph the brief and send it. Good for a quick yes or no on your deadline.

What Should I Put in My First Message?
Six things. With all six we can quote in one reply instead of asking you three more questions and losing a day.
- Your module code — so the brief goes to someone who knows the subject.
- The brief itself — a file or a clear photo of every page.
- The marking rubric, if your course gives one. It changes what the work has to do.
- Your word limit and the referencing style the brief names.
- Your real cut-off, with the date and the time on Canvas.
- Anything you have written already, even half a page of notes.
What Happens After I Send a Message?
A person reads the brief, not a bot. You get back what we think it is asking, who would write it, a delivery date and one price. You decide from there.
We read the brief
Questions, weighting, word limit and the cut-off. If something is unclear we ask before quoting.
We match a specialist
By subject and assessment type, not by who is free. You are told who it is.
You get one price
Scope, delivery date and cost in writing. No extras added later.
You say yes or no
Nothing is charged until you confirm. If the deadline is not workable we say so.
What Else Should I Know Before Getting in Touch?
On channels, replies and visiting. Pricing, privacy and revisions are answered on our full FAQ page.
Which channel gets the fastest reply?
WhatsApp. It is answered around the clock and you can photograph the brief instead of typing it out. Use the order form when you want a quote rather than an answer.
Do I need an account before I can contact you?
No. Message us on WhatsApp or email with the brief and we will reply. An account only exists so you can track work you have already placed.
Can I message you before I decide to order anything?
Yes, and most students do. Reading your brief and quoting for it costs nothing, and you are never asked to pay to find out what the plan would be.
Can I come to your office in person?
Message us first so someone is expecting you. The work itself runs over WhatsApp and email, so a visit rarely moves anything along faster than sending the brief.
Will someone reply at night or over the weekend?
WhatsApp is covered around the clock, which is the point of it for working students. Email and phone are slower outside working hours, so use WhatsApp when the cut-off is close.
I sent a message and have not heard back. What now?
Send the same brief on WhatsApp. Email occasionally lands in spam, especially with attachments, and a message on a second channel is the quickest way to rule that out.
How Do I Get a Price for My Assignment?
One message with your module code and cut-off is enough to start. You get a plan, a named specialist and a fixed quote, and nothing is charged until you agree to it.
